After a very early start for everyone (except the boys in room 1 who would have slept through a concert in their room!) It was off to Ilfracombe for Kayaking…

Apparently the year 4 girls nearly got wetter than expected during the pirate raids – but luckily some expert boating skills from Mrs Tucker saved the day!

Then year 4 whizzed off to Baggy Point for lunch and rock scrambling
(photos to follow later) while year 3s had a picnic lunch at the harbour and ice-cream!!!

A MASSIVE well done to all of class 3 for being so fantastic and challenging themselves in all sorts of ways over the 2 days.  It was a really big trip for everyone after missing last year’s, and it was great to see everyone being so supportive and encouraging towards each other – they made a great team!

Another MASSIVE thanks to the team @ St George’s who really pulled out all the stops for us this year and made it such a fun and memorable experience for the children (they even added in an extra activity for the year 4’s so they didn’t miss out from last year).
