Final days of year 6… enjoying being “little kids”!

Year 6 Leavers’ Party

We had a fab 'Under the Sea' themed party today :) some amazing outfits, an incredible cake, one champion dolphin rider and a very soggy waterfight!

Nugget the duckling

Class 4 have been learning about the human life cycle in science this half term and have been lucky enough to be able to incubate and now rear a beautiful chick called Nugget for comparison. Clearly, she’s already part of the family…

All things biking…

If you look carefully at our school values, they were all there today in full view during our whole school biking day. I've added them to the bottom of this post so you can check! Choir tonight

There will be no choir tonight due to the heat and no rehearsal next week either. The choir will be performing at the summer fair talent show on Friday for those who are able to stay!

I can't recall if it's the smallest postal service in the UK or the oldest, but the children learnt about Lundy's one, and how the stamp doesn't have the queen's head on it and that it goes on the other side of the card; not that they knew which side it should go anyway!
