River trip, actually IN the water cycle…

2019-10-30T22:13:16+00:00

Well, it was mist and drizzle rather than rain, and we didn't get wet apart from puddles, mud and little waterfall tributaries that some children liked to climb into! We started off the day with a Meerkat encounter! We were able to go inside the enclosure and get up close with the meerkats. We watched [...]

Class 2’s poems…

2019-10-14T20:49:47+01:00

Class 2 looked at alliteration and rhyme this morning and tried our own poems, similar to Emma Dodd's 'I Like Bugs' - like this example, that's just brilliant! I love scary, snappy, shiny-red bugs and weepy, watery, crawly bugs. Here are a few others... I love birds.... I love screechy, tweety, loud birds. I love quiet, shy, white birds. I [...]

A blog written by George, the shrimp…

2022-08-18T13:27:08+01:00

As from yesterday, I always thought plastic was in the sea and always had been, but I learnt something amazing today after wearing a VR Headset.  (Don't ask how the headset was made or who made [...]
