In Class 1 today, continuing the journey Miss Ellis took on her travels, we had a real treat tasting some exotic fruits from Thailand.

Firstly we pretended we were entering a temple so we had to take off our shoes and ensure our shoulders and legs were covered as a mark of respect. We then passed around the different plates of fruits and really tried to have a go at tasting them, even though we didn’t always like the look of some of them. We loved some and others, not so much!

Lots of photos of Thailand and beautiful, peaceful music was playing while we tasted our fruit and we tried to spot ‘Rover the dog’ in each photo, as he went on his travels with Miss Eliis.

We then saw pictures of the fruits and we had to match them up with the plates of cut- up fruit and say which ones were our favourites. It was clear Thea, Elfini, Theo, Lucy and Amione liked most of them and were very brave in trying every single one, well done.
