Class 3 had a great day with Tom learning about life in WW2 today.

We found out about rationing and life on the homefront as well as working out who was the spy in our classroom (It was the innocent looking Kitty!!).

After lunch we had to decipher morse code messages to drop provisions at the correct coordinates on the map and then we had a chance to handle and learn about different WW2 artefacts.

Well done to class 3 who were all enthusiastic and curious, asking some great questions.

Thanks to Tom who ran the workshop and a massive thanks to all of the parents for contributing so that we were able to have such an interesting and enjoyable day – and sending the children in such great costumes!
