Class 3 and 4 spent the whole day on Croyde Beach today. The activities included; surfing, coasteering, beach volleyball, a talk from the RNLI and a walk with the Beach Ranger. We were so lucky with the weather. It’s days like today that make you realise how lucky we are to live in this spectacular part of the world. A huge thank you to everyone who made today happen with a particular thanks to Jules from  Croyde Surf Academy for organising the event.

Coasteering-the children really gave this 100%, for some it was their very first time but they had a go at rock hopping and diving into the sea from rocks alongside the Baggy coastpath.

A talk with the RNLI (thanks Alfie) and the Beach Ranger (thanks Robin)

Beach Volleyball-children learned how to serve, spike and referee. Thank you Denise Austin

Surfing-perfect conditions to learn how to surf and so many found they were able to stand up (many of these for the first time)
