Science week starts with quite a few bangs…

Class 4's science week had an eventful start today with an introduction from PETROC on space which had hydroden explosions, gun powder, a flying teddy, a rocket jet pack and then, to top it all off, a barrel of exploding teddies! (Don't worry all of the teddies were fine.) Top fact of the day: if we had a scale model [...]

Telling the time…

One of the tasks for today was to see how well we could tell the time and try to show a time given to us digitally, on an analogue clock.  We thought we could show this on the blog using videos and so our day was taken up making storyboards, being an effective team member and taking and retaking videos! Putsborough Beach Day…

Georgeham's base for the day Denise giving instructions for the day.  A brilliant day, if not slightly too hot, for the Primary School VolleySport Competition. We had some younger children with us but I [...]

Oceanfest 2014

Today class 4 had a fantastic day at Oceanfest. We started with team games on the burrows. Then it was on to the beach for the flag races. Zumba in the main arena was really popular with everyone! We even managed to fit in some time looking at all the stalls in the main arena...though I think [...]

Boredom sets in…

I think someone's asking for extra homework.

LAST CALL FOR EXETER!

Relaxed and very chilled out journey home with some excited and tired children. The Paper Chase shop didn't quite happen and the Marks and Spencer sweet-dash, "Can we stop for sweets and spend the last of our money PLEASE?" ...very nearly made us miss the train, with First Great Western staff coming to collect us even! So... we're on the [...]
